Xiaomi’s Next Big Leap

Xiaomi has officially launched its latest flagship smartphones, the Xiaomi 17 Pro Max and Xiaomi 17 Pro, alongside the standard Xiaomi 17. Both Pro models arrive with premium hardware, a sleek design, and innovative features that push the boundaries of what modern smartphones can offer. From their secondary rear displays to Leica-backed cameras, these devices are designed to deliver a top-tier experience.

Cutting Edge Design and Rear Display

One of the most unique features of the Xiaomi 17 Pro Max and 17 Pro is the addition of a secondary M10 display on the back. This innovative panel, boasting 3,500 nits of brightness, surrounds the camera module and allows users to preview selfies using the main camera, pin reminders with the Post it Notes feature, and even experiment with AI portraits or AI pets. With the help of special accessories, the rear display can even transform the phone into a handheld gaming console.

The Xiaomi 17 Pro Max features a 6.9 inch primary display with 2K resolution and Xiaomi Dragon Crystal Glass protection, while the Xiaomi 17 Pro carries a 6.3 inch panel. Both devices are built to provide smooth visuals and robust durability.

Power Packed Performance

Under the hood, the Pro models are powered by Qualcomm’s 3nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and as much as 1TB of onboard storage. They ship with HyperOS 3 based on Android 16, which introduces a new HyperIsland feature that functions like Apple’s Dynamic Island, delivering smart interactions on the display.
