Hexaware Technologies has announced the appointment of Aditya Jayaraman as Country Head India, marking a major step in the company’s expansion strategy across Indian enterprises and global capability centres. Jayaraman will lead Hexaware’s India vision under its GCC two point zero framework, working closely with customers and partners to strengthen digital transformation outcomes.
Aditya brings more than twenty five years of global experience across cloud, consulting, artificial intelligence, data and enterprise transformation. Before joining Hexaware, he led the Hi Tech vertical for Amazon Web Services in North America and has partnered with more than one hundred fifty Fortune one thousand organisations on their transformation programmes. His career spans Silicon Valley software innovators as well as large technology companies, giving him a broad understanding of product, scale and enterprise needs.
Beyond his corporate leadership roles, he has co founded a generative AI incubator and continues mentoring early stage ventures on product market fit and go to market strategy. Known for his clarity in problem solving, he has built a reputation for helping teams deliver measurable business results.
Aditya is an alumnus of NIT Trichy and IIM Calcutta and also holds the CFA charter.
Hexaware President Amrinder Singh said that Aditya brings global commercial leadership that aligns with the company’s growth plans in India. He added that the appointment reinforces the company’s focus on supporting enterprises and GCCs during a period of rapid digital acceleration.
Jayaraman said the timing could not be more crucial as Indian enterprises look for partners who can manage outcomes rather than simply offer services. He noted that Hexaware’s culture, its focus on perfecting human intelligence and its strong customer satisfaction scores make it an ideal platform to build from.
The appointment underscores Hexaware’s commitment to strengthening India’s technology ecosystem and supporting customers with modern data platforms, cloud migration programmes and responsible AI adoption.
