Bengaluru based edtech startup Codeyoung has raised five million dollars in a Series A round co led by Twelve Flags Group and Enzia Ventures. The round also provided a successful exit for several early investors.

Codeyoung plans to use the new capital to expand its presence in global markets, strengthen its AI driven personalisation capabilities and introduce new learning categories for students around the world.

The company, founded in 2020 by IIT Delhi graduates Shailendra Dhakad and Rupika Taneja, offers live one to one online classes for learners between the ages of five and seventeen. Its curriculum covers coding, mathematics, English, science, advanced placement courses and SAT preparation.

Codeyoung is powered by an internal learning platform called Sandbox and an AI based assistant named Noah that supports students throughout their sessions. Its subscription led model has helped the platform achieve strong unit economics while expanding to more than twenty five thousand learners across fifteen countries, with significant traction in the United States and Canada.

The startup recently won the Edtech Startup of the Year award at the Entrepreneur Startup Awards twenty twenty five, further strengthening its position among the new generation of global education companies.

With fresh funding and growing international demand, Codeyoung aims to build a more personalised and immersive learning experience for students worldwide.
