Realme has officially confirmed the launch date for its upcoming budget smartphone, the Narzo 80 Lite 5G. The device will be unveiled in India on June 16 and will be sold through Amazon. Realme is expanding its Narzo lineup once again, following the launch of the Narzo 80x and Narzo 80 Pro models earlier in April.

The Narzo 80 Lite 5G is expected to bring strong specifications for a budget segment device. According to the official teasers, the phone will feature a large 6000mAh battery which promises extended screen time, including up to 15.7 hours of YouTube playback on a single charge. This feature alone places the Narzo 80 Lite in the spotlight for users who prioritize long battery life.

In terms of design, the phone will be available in two color variants, black and purple. It features a flat screen with slim bezels and a centrally aligned hole punch camera on the front. The rear side has a rectangular camera module housing a dual camera setup. Leaks suggest the main camera will include a 50 megapixel sensor, ideal for casual photography and daily use.

Realme has also emphasized the durability of the phone. It will come with a military grade MIL STD 810H certification, ensuring protection against drops and environmental stress. Despite its large battery, the phone maintains a slim profile with a thickness of just 7.94 millimeters, making it easy to handle.

Under the hood, the Narzo 80 Lite 5G is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, offering reliable performance for daily tasks and entry level gaming. The phone is likely to support an HD Plus resolution display, which should deliver decent visuals for streaming and browsing.

Pricing details are expected to make it an appealing option in the entry level 5G segment. Leaked information points to a starting price of Rs 9,999 for the 4GB RAM with 128GB storage variant, while the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage model might be priced at Rs 11,999. This positions the Narzo 80 Lite 5G as a strong competitor among budget smartphones offering 5G connectivity.

With its combination of a massive battery, certified durability, sleek design, and affordable pricing, the Realme Narzo 80 Lite 5G is shaping up to be a compelling choice for Indian consumers looking for value packed smartphones.
