iQOO is once again making waves in the smartphone world with its latest teaser. The upcoming iQOO Z10 Turbo Plus has been confirmed by the company, and from what we know so far, this device is set to raise the bar for power-packed phones in the mid-premium segment. With an 8000mAh battery and MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400 Plus chipset under the hood, the Turbo Plus might just become the most talked-about launch in iQOO’s Z series.

The new phone is a follow-up to the iQOO Z10 Turbo and Z10 Turbo Pro, which debuted earlier this year in China. While the Z10 Turbo came with a Dimensity 8400 processor and the Turbo Pro used the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, the upcoming Turbo Plus is set to take performance even further. According to Geekbench results, the device clocked a strong 2196 in single-core and 8907 in multi-core scores. It also showed up with 16GB RAM and Android 15, pointing to a phone that’s ready for future-ready tasks.

What really has everyone talking is the battery. At 8000mAh, the iQOO Z10 Turbo Plus is pushing the limits of how long a smartphone can run on a single charge. Combined with 90W fast charging support, users can expect incredible battery life without long wait times for a full top-up.

In terms of display and camera, leaks suggest a 6.78 inch AMOLED screen with a sharp 1.5K resolution and smooth 144Hz refresh rate. That means vivid visuals and seamless scrolling for gaming and content consumption. On the camera side, users might get a 50 megapixel Sony LYT 600 main sensor and an 8 megapixel ultrawide lens on the back, while the front is expected to feature a 16 megapixel selfie shooter. The overall imaging setup hints at solid everyday photography capabilities with AI features and high-quality output.

The iQOO Z10 Turbo Plus will likely join its predecessors in the Turbo lineup, sharing the same commitment to gaming and high performance. The previous models featured IP65 protection and a dedicated Q1 chip for gaming, so it would not be surprising if the Turbo Plus continues this trend. Although the launch date is still under wraps, the teaser confirms that the phone is on its way soon in China.

With its large battery, top-end processor, fast charging, and possibly a strong camera setup, the iQOO Z10 Turbo Plus seems to be positioned as a mid-range powerhouse. For users looking to upgrade in 2025, this is one phone worth watching.
