Boult has officially launched its latest wireless headphone series in India with the introduction of FluidX and FluidX Pro. Designed to appeal to music lovers, gamers, and commuters alike, these over the ear headphones come packed with a suite of modern features including active noise cancellation, ultra long battery life, fast charging, and Bluetooth 5.4 support. With prices currently far lower than their listed MRPs, the headphones are already creating buzz for offering flagship features at entry level costs.
The Boult FluidX and FluidX Pro both feature an ergonomic over ear design with padded, rotating earcups and adjustable, foldable headbands. Their IPX5 water resistance rating makes them durable enough for daily outdoor use, including workouts or light rain. A key highlight is the BoomX Technology, which enhances audio depth and boosts bass through 40mm drivers. Whether it’s a high energy workout playlist or a cinematic gaming session, the audio experience is intended to be immersive and punchy.
One of the standout features of both models is the inclusion of active noise cancellation and environmental noise cancellation. This dual layer sound isolation not only removes unwanted background noise but also ensures that call clarity remains intact even in loud surroundings. Boult has also added intuitive touch controls and support for voice assistants to help users manage playback and calls hands free.
Gamers will appreciate the dedicated Combat Gaming Mode, which drops latency to as low as 60 milliseconds. This ensures that audio and visuals stay in sync, particularly important during fast paced gameplay. The Bluetooth 5.4 compatibility and Blink & Pair functionality make for quick and stable connections with a wide range of devices, further enhancing the convenience factor.
In terms of battery life, the FluidX Pro stands out with an impressive 70 hour backup on a single charge when ANC is turned off. The standard FluidX model is not far behind with a 60 hour battery life. Fast charging is also part of the package. The Pro version delivers up to five hours of playback with just 10 minutes of charge, while the FluidX can offer up to three hours under similar conditions.
Available in multiple color options, the FluidX comes in Black, Green, and Ivory White, while the Pro model is offered in Raven Black and Skin Beige. Despite their official MRP of Rs. 5,999 and Rs. 7,999 respectively, the headphones are being sold at much lower launch prices, with the FluidX listed at Rs. 2,299 and the FluidX Pro at Rs. 2,499 on platforms like Flipkart, Myntra, and Amazon.
With this release, Boult is clearly targeting a tech savvy, budget conscious audience looking for premium audio features without a heavy price tag. From battery life and ANC to gaming performance and quick charging, the FluidX series is positioned to compete with higher end offerings in the wireless headphone space.
