Apple's compact desktop computer, the Mac Mini with the M4 chip, is now selling at a significantly reduced price in India. Launched in October 2024, the device originally carried a price tag of Rs 59,990. But thanks to ongoing offers on Amazon and additional discounts on select credit cards, buyers can now purchase the Mac Mini for as low as Rs 49,999.

Currently listed at Rs 53,990 on Amazon, the Mac Mini with M4 chip becomes even more affordable when paired with a Rs 4,000 instant discount available on Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, and Kotak Bank credit cards. This brings the effective cost down to under Rs 50,000, making it one of the best value Apple devices available at the moment. Interestingly, this price is nearly on par with Apple's student discount offer, which is usually reserved for eligible users purchasing directly from the Apple Store.

The Mac Mini with M4 chip brings notable upgrades over its predecessor. It features Apple's powerful 3nm M4 processor with 10 CPU cores and 10 GPU cores, enabling high performance computing along with hardware accelerated ray tracing. The base model now comes with 16GB of RAM, compared to the 8GB that was standard on the earlier M2 model. Buyers also get 256GB of SSD storage by default, with options to upgrade to 512GB, 1TB, or even 2TB based on individual needs.

The new Mac Mini supports up to three external displays and comes with a 16 core Neural Engine, which enhances on device Apple Intelligence features. Connectivity includes Wi Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, three Thunderbolt 4 ports, two USB Type C ports, HDMI, Ethernet, and a headphone jack. The device remains compact with a sleek design, measuring 127 by 127 millimeters and weighing just 0.67 kilograms.

This price cut makes the M4 Mac Mini one of the most accessible Apple desktop systems in the market for power users, students, and creative professionals who want robust performance without investing in a larger MacBook or iMac setup.
