Genpact has named Dinesh Jain as the new Global Capability Center (GCC) Lead, underscoring its intent to transform GCCs into strategic growth engines rather than traditional delivery centers.

Based in Mumbai, Jain will spearhead Genpact’s global GCC framework, guiding clients to scale and modernise operations through AI integration, process intelligence, and digital transformation. He brings over two decades of experience in technology delivery from Accenture and other global firms.

“GCCs sit at the intersection of process, technology, and talent,” Jain said. “Our goal is to help clients build future-ready GCCs that deliver measurable business outcomes.”

Jain’s appointment aligns with Genpact’s focus on “agentic operations” — blending human and machine collaboration to accelerate innovation. Under his leadership, the company aims to position GCCs as centres of excellence that combine automation, governance, and data intelligence.

Industry experts view this as a strong move to help enterprises evolve GCCs from cost-saving hubs into drivers of strategic growth, powered by AI, analytics, and advanced technology.
