Addverb, a leading robotics and automation company, has partnered with top Indian institutes including IITs, NAMTECH, and NIIT Neemrana to strengthen India’s robotics innovation ecosystem. The initiative focuses on creating Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to advance education, research, and hands-on learning in robotics, automation, and smart technologies.
Each CoE will feature state-of-the-art equipment such as collaborative robots, autonomous mobile robots, and Addverb’s quadruped robot, Trakr. Students will also have access to internships, workshops, and mentorship programs led by Addverb professionals.
“At Addverb, we believe innovation thrives when academia and industry work together,” said CEO and Co-founder Sangeet Kumar. “Our partnerships will prepare the next generation of engineers for the evolving world of robotics.”
Addverb will also support student-led innovation projects and launch awareness campaigns promoting STEM learning. The company’s open innovation platform, AddverbAI, will allow researchers access to select codebases for experimentation and research collaboration.
By integrating education with real-world robotics applications, Addverb aims to develop a skilled workforce and reinforce India’s position as a global leader in automation and intelligent manufacturing.
