Vivo is preparing to expand its popular V series lineup with the expected launch of the Vivo V60. According to multiple certification listings, the smartphone has been spotted on Malaysia’s SIRIM database and Germany’s TUV SUD platform with the model number V2511. These listings not only confirm the existence of the device but also hint at some of its upcoming features, including high speed 90W fast charging.

The SIRIM certification explicitly lists the name of the model as Vivo V60, suggesting the device is nearing its official debut in the Asian market. Meanwhile, the TUV certification adds another key detail, confirming support for 90W fast charging. Together, these listings strongly point to an imminent launch, possibly within the coming weeks. Although the company has not made any public announcements yet, the pattern aligns closely with Vivo’s earlier release strategy seen with the V50 model.

The Vivo V60 is expected to serve as the direct successor to the Vivo V50, which was introduced in India in February this year. The V50 itself was a rebranded version of the Vivo S20, previously launched in China. If Vivo continues this trend, the new V60 could very well be a renamed version of the Vivo S30, which made its debut in the Chinese market in May.

Based on the specifications of the Vivo S30, the upcoming Vivo V60 may feature a 6.67 inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. Internally, the phone is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor. The S30 variant offers configurations up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage, making it a capable mid range contender.

The camera department on the Vivo S30 includes a triple rear setup led by a 50 megapixel Sony LYT700V sensor and a matching 50 megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls. These features are likely to be carried forward to the V60, providing users with powerful photography tools in a slim and stylish form factor. The S30 is also equipped with a 6,500mAh battery and supports 90W charging, both of which may also appear in the V60 model.

Price speculation also follows the trend seen in previous V series models. In China, the Vivo S30 starts at CNY 2,699, which converts to approximately Rs 32,000. Meanwhile, the Vivo V50 was launched in India at Rs 34,999 for its base variant. Based on this pattern, the Vivo V60 may land in the same price segment when it finally reaches Indian shelves.

As anticipation builds and more certification data emerges, it becomes increasingly clear that the Vivo V60 is on the brink of launch. Whether it debuts in late July or early August remains to be seen, but the signals from regulatory authorities suggest the wait may not be long. Vivo enthusiasts and tech followers alike will be watching closely to see how the new model enhances the brand’s mid range portfolio.
